Hey hey!
I’m so excited to invite you to be part of the next Page Builder Summit.
After eight successful editions, we’re entering an exciting new chapter. I’ll be hosting the summit with my team, and we’re opening the conversation beyond WordPress page builders to include web professionals working across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix Studio, Framer, custom code, AI-assisted tools and other platforms.
Our theme for this year is What’s Working Now.
We want to hear what experienced web professionals are actually doing in their work: what has changed, what they’re doing differently, what is producing results and what is still working despite everything evolving around us.
The summit will remain a five-day online event for web designers, developers, freelancers and agencies who want to build better websites, work more efficiently and run stronger web businesses.
This page gives you an overview of the event, what we’ll need from you and what you’ll receive as a speaker. Once you confirm your participation, we’ll send you access to the private Speaker Hub containing your submission forms, deadlines, promotional resources and everything else you’ll need.
If you run into a question we didn’t answer, email Anchen: anchen@pagebuildersummit.com.
As a speaker, you'll also get free access to the new Page Builder PowerPack

Page Builder Summit will run online from 2–6 November 2026, with a selection of pre-recorded presentations released each day.
Presentations will be approximately 30–40 minutes long and may include an invitation of up to three minutes to a relevant free resource or email list.
We’re also planning some form of optional interaction alongside the presentations, most likely through live chat or dedicated discussions.
There may also be a small number of optional live sessions during summit week. These are still to be confirmed and may be reserved for featured speakers or sponsors. We’ll share the final format and any opportunities to participate with confirmed speakers once the schedule has been developed.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have approximately two weeks of promotion. You’ll receive suggested email copy, social media copy, promotional graphics and a simple sharing schedule inside the Speaker Hub.
During the promotional period, summit week and for a short period after the event, we’ll also promote the Page Builder PowerPack. This will give attendees lifetime access to the presentations, along with the workbook and additional speaker resources.
This year’s theme is What’s Working Now, and we’re open to talks covering any platform, tool, strategy or area of business that is relevant to web professionals.
We’d especially love presentations that explore:
- Something you have changed in response to the evolving web industry
- A tool, workflow or strategy that is producing meaningful results
- How AI has changed, improved or challenged the way you work
- Something you tried that didn’t work as expected
- A proven approach that is still working
- What web professionals should focus on now
Your presentation doesn’t need to focus on a particular platform. It simply needs to provide useful, actionable insight for people who build websites, work with clients or run a web design business.
We’re looking for real experience and practical takeaways rather than broad predictions or a presentation built primarily around selling a product.
So this all sounds great, but what will we need from you? Let’s chat about it! My goal is to make this all as easy as humanly possible so we can all have a blast while providing great value and growing our businesses.
1. Basic Information
Once you confirm that you’re joining us, we’ll send you a simple form asking for:
- Your name and title
- Your bio
- Your headshot
- Your website and social links
- Your initial presentation idea
We’ll use this information to create your personalised Speaker Hub. Once it’s ready, your hub will contain your submission forms, deadlines, promotional resources and everything else you’ll need throughout the summit.
2. Presentation
Your main contribution will be a pre-recorded presentation of approximately 30–40 minutes.
We want the sessions to feel useful, friendly and engaging rather than overly polished. Slides, demonstrations, tutorials, conversations and camera-only presentations are all welcome.
No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.
Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:
- A quick introduction
- An overview of your topic
- Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
- Teaching section
- Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
- Up to a 3-minute pitch for a freebie or joining your email list
- Where appropriate, include questions or prompts that could encourage discussion and engagement around your presentation
Presentations are due by 20 October 2026.
3. Workbook Contribution
We’ll create a companion workbook for Page Builder PowerPack holders. You may submit a few questions, prompts or action steps related to your presentation to help attendees apply what they learn.
You may also include relevant links and a call to action in your workbook contribution.
Instructions and a simple submission form will be available inside the Speaker Hub.
4. PowerPack Contribution
You’ll also have the option to contribute a premium resource to the Page Builder PowerPack.(opens in new tab)
This could include:
- A template or toolkit
- An ebook or workbook
- A short course or workshop
- A limited membership
- Another digital resource relevant to web professionals
This is optional, although we strongly encourage it. Speakers who contribute a premium resource will receive 50% affiliate commission on PowerPack sales, rather than the standard 40%.
We recommend contributing a digital or group-based resource rather than a one-to-one service. No discount codes please, this needs to be free to redeem.
The Speaker Hub will include guidance and a submission form for your PowerPack contribution. It will be due 12 October 2026(opens in new tab)(opens in new tab)(opens in new tab)
5. Promotion
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
We ask every speaker to support the event during the promotion period, starting on 20 October 2026 with:
- At least one email to their list
- Two social media posts during the promotional period
We’ll provide suggested copy, graphics, your affiliate link and a simple promotional schedule inside the Speaker Hub.
You’re welcome to adapt the copy and promote the event in whatever way best suits your audience.
6. Summit-Week Participation
And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and enjoy the summit!
We’re planning some form of optional interaction alongside the presentations, most likely through live chat or dedicated discussion spaces. This will give speakers the opportunity to connect with attendees, respond to questions and continue the conversation around their topic.
We may also host a small number of optional live sessions during the week. The format is still being developed, and these sessions may be reserved for featured speakers or sponsors.
Once everything has been confirmed, you’ll find the complete summit-week schedule and participation opportunities inside the Speaker Hub.
