Jessie (Bee) Jenkins
Jessie Bee Creative
Jessie is an artist first, with a Bachelor’s degree in Art. But she minored in communications so she could use her art skills in business. She’s a designer who focuses on creative solutions for small businesses, non-profits, and ministries (although not limited to those). She began designing for commercial print in 1995 and moved into political consulting soon after where she continued to use her skills in communications and project management. She quickly adapted with the digital age and began building websites to offer cohesive marketing across all mediums for her clients.
In 2012, she wanted to slow down a bit, and began to focus on ministry. She dropped her political clients and began managing a cross-cultural team from four countries to design and develop websites that contain over 10,000 biblical resources and training tools for Spanish speakers. This is where she began exploring ways to simplify the WordPress dashboard so team members with very little technical knowledge would be able to add content to the massive resource library without touching the design. She continues to do freelance work for non-profits, churches, and small business who come to her for her simplified processes and solid websites.
She is passionate about instilling confidence in her clients so they can take control of their website content without worrying about breaking their websites.
